The Indian Institute of Technology - Hyderabad, through its Construction and Maintenance Division, is inviting bids for an Annual Rate Running Contract for Repair Maintenance and Miscellaneous Civil Works. This contract will encompass comprehensive plumbing, sanitary, carpentry, and general civil maintenance services for all hostel blocks, Kapila block, dining halls, STP01, SV21, SV22, and other buildings within Zone 04 jurisdiction. The estimated tender value for this one-year contract is ₹71,34,806, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,42,700 required.
