Work Description - Capacity Augmentation By Construction Of Pqc Service Roads And Misc Works At Various Locations Of 6 Lane Motachiloda Km 494.410 To Nanachiloda Km 509.550 Of Nh-48 In Gujarat On Single Percentage Item Rate Basis At Risk And Cost Of Existing Contractor

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Regional Officer, Gandhinagar, hereby invites open tenders for the Capacity Augmentation by construction of PQC Service Roads and miscellaneous works at various locations along the 6-lane Motachiloda km 494.410 to Nanachiloda km 509.550 of NH-48 in Gujarat. This project is to be executed on a Single Percentage Item Rate Basis, at the risk and cost of the existing contractor. The estimated tender value for this significant civil works project is ₹28,04,00,311, with a specified work period of 90 days and a bid validity of 120 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids under a two-cover system, with Cover 1 containing Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 containing the financial proposal. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹42,00,000 is mandatory, payable to GM NHAI. The tender fee is ₹10,000, payable to GM NHAI. Crucially, all tender documents will be available for download from June 12, 2026, 06:00 PM, and submission of bids will commence on the same date and time.
