The Chennai Port Trust, through its Chief Engineer, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) for empanelment as Project Management Consultants. This critical initiative focuses on providing specialized consultancy services for marine-related civil works within the Chennai Port. The empanelment process is designed to identify experienced and capable organizations to support the port's infrastructure development and maintenance. Prospective applicants must submit their EOIs, including comprehensive details about their organization profile, past experience in handling marine projects over the last seven years, current ongoing marine projects, key technical personnel, project management and quality assurance systems, and financial statements for the past three years. The tender documents will be available for download from July 24, 2026, commencing at 06:30 PM, and the submission deadline is September 7, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on September 8, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Interested CPSEs/CPSUs are encouraged to thoroughly review the tender documents and prepare their submissions accordingly.
