The Engineer-in-Chief's Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the office of CWE Deolali, located at HQ CWE Deolali, Onslow Road, Deolali (MH) 422401, invites eligible and qualified contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Reference Number: 86123/E8) for "MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, LEAKAGE, SEEPAGE FOR CERTAIN BLDGS AS PART OF DRY RESTORATION AND ECO-FRIENDLY ASSET MANAGEMENT (DREAM) IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (C) UNDER GE DEOLALI." This civil works project, valued at ₹65,00,000, will be executed on an Item Rate contract basis with a completion period of 270 days in GE Deolali. Interested bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,23,000 (exemption allowed) and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 (payable to GE Deolali at Nasik via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft), with exemption also permitted. The bid submission window opens on 29-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM and closes on 05-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM, which is also the final date for document download. Bids, comprising two covers for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including application, fee DD, enlistment/eligibility proof, EPF, GST registration) and Financial details (BOQ), will be opened on 12-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM at HQ CWE Deolali.
