The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Tender Inviting Authority CWE DEOLALI (located at HQ CWE DEOLALI, ONSLOW ROAD, DEOLALI (MH) 422401), invites eligible and experienced firms to participate in an Open Tender for Civil Works under Tender Reference Number 86120/E8. The comprehensive scope of work involves "REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT TO PPGL SHEETS, ROOF CEILING, ROOF TREATMENT AND SUNKEN REPAIR TO VARIOUS OTM AND MD ACCN AS PART OF DRY RESTORATION AND ECO FRIENDLY ASSET MANAGEMENT (DREAM) INCLUDING MISC WORKS IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R HAIG LINE" within the GE Deolali area. This Item Rate contract is estimated at a value of ₹90,00,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,60,000 (EMD exemption is allowed), and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 (Tender Fee exemption is also allowed). The project has a stipulated completion period of 270 days.
