Work Description - 1) Moei & Fans, R/m Of Water Supply Pump Set, Sub Station Equipment, Comp, Maintenance Of Ac And External Services In Msme Bldg, Sakinaka, Mumbai. 2) Moei & Fans, R/m Of Water Supply Pump Set, Street Lighting For R.t.c Administrative Cum Laboratory Bldg At Msme, Sakinaka, Mumbai. (sh- Comprehensive Maintenance Of Audio, Video, Cctv, Epabx And Pa System Installed At Rtc & Msme Bldg Premises.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer (E) Mumbai-II office, invites open tenders from eligible NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS for a comprehensive scope of Electrical Works and maintenance services in Mumbai. This tender, identified by NIT/RFP NO 66/EE(E)/Mumbai-II (Erstwhile MCED-IV)/2026-27, primarily involves the maintenance and operation of electrical installations (MOEI), fans, water supply pump sets, substation equipment, AC systems, and external services at the MSME building in Sakinaka, Mumbai. Additionally, it includes similar MOEI and street lighting services for the R.T.C administrative cum laboratory building at MSME, along with the comprehensive maintenance of Audio, Video, CCTV, EPABX, and PA systems within the RTC & MSME building premises. The estimated cost for this project is ₹10,33,871 (Ten Lakh Thirty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy One Rupees), with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,677. The contract period for this work is 12 months. Prospective bidders must submit their bids electronically, with the bid submission period commencing on July 10, 2026, at 05:35 PM and concluding on July 18, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened shortly thereafter on July 18, 2026, at 03:30 PM.
