Work Description - 1) Running, Maintenance And Operation Of All E And M Installations At Gpoa, Cgo Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum. 2) Running, Maintenance And Operation Of All E And M Installations At Holiday Home And Guest House, Cgo Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum. Sh. Supplying And Fixing Under Deck Insulation In Nss Office And Extend The Ducting Of Kitchen Exhaust System At Holiday Home.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically the AE-E-2, invites open bids for Tender Reference Number 29/EE/E-TVM/2026-27 for comprehensive Electrical Works. This tender encompasses the running, maintenance, and operation of all Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) installations at the GPOA, CGO complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum, as well as similar services for the Holiday Home and Guest House within the same complex. Additionally, the scope includes supplying and fixing under-deck insulation in the NSS office and extending the ducting of the kitchen exhaust system at the Holiday Home. The estimated cost for this project is ₹1,23,071 (One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand and Seventy One Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,461, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), Trivandrum, CPWD. Bidders are required to submit several mandatory documents, including proof of EMD deposition, GST Registration Certificate (if applicable), an affidavit of not being blacklisted/debarred, a copy of the CPWD Enlistment Order, and a valid electrical contractor license issued by the Kerala state electrical licensing authority or an undertaking. Furthermore, proof of ERP training through a CPWD Regional Training Institute is mandatory.
