The estimated cost of the project is ₹35,44,82,599 (Thirty Five Crore Forty Four Lakh Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Nine Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹45,44,826, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE- Hubli.
