Work Description - Design And Construction Of Students Hostel (g Plus 9 Floors) Of 674 Bedded Capacity For Indian Institute Of Information Technology (iiit) At Raichur, Karnataka On Epc Mode Ii And Turnkey Basis.
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Design and Construction of a Students Hostel (G+9 Floors) of 674 bedded capacity for the Indian Institute Of Information Technology (IIIT) at Raichur, Karnataka on EPC Mode II and Turnkey basis." This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 02/RAICHUR/SE/EE/e-Tender/2025-26, encompasses the planning, designing, and construction of a student hostel building consisting of 3 Blocks (G+4, G+6 & G+9), including internal water supply, sanitary installation, civil external service connections, IEI, electrical external services, FFT works, extra-specific requirements, lifts, OHT, MEP services, local body approvals, and all work complete on EPC Mode-II and Turnkey Basis. The estimated cost of the project is ₹58,61,27,250 (Fifty Eight Crore Sixty One Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Rupees), and the time allowed for completion is 18 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹68,61,273 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of The Executive Engineer, CPWD, Hubli.
