The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of an Administrative block including Academic Block 1, Library, Canteen and Amenity block including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Drainage, Internal Electrical Installations, Lifts, HVAC, Fire-Fighting and Fire-Alarm System, D.G.Sets, STP, Substation and Pump House, CCTV and Cable Networking, Rain Water Harvesting System, Internal Roads with Street Lighting and Horticulture works for National Forensic Sciences University at Dharwad, Karnataka. Tender reference number is 74/Hubli/SE/EE/e-Tender/2025-26. This composite work project is estimated at ₹89,88,73,141 with a completion timeline of 16 months. The project is open to both CPWD and Non-CPWD contractors. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹99,88,731 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE-Hubli.
