The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of 480 Nos. Type-II (G 3) Storeyed, 24 Nos. Type-III (G 3) Storeyed, 12 Nos. Type-IV (G 3) Storeyed and 04 Nos. Type-V (Duplex) Quarters including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage and Internal Electrical Installation for Group Centre, CRPF at Musabani, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). This composite work package also includes the sinking of six deep tube wells for Family Quarters. NIT/RFP NO is 09/NIT/EE & SM (C-2)/CPWD/JSR/2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 16,78,738 with a time allowance of 15 days for completion. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 33,575 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, NIT Project Division, CPWD, Jamshedpur, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission deadline of March 9th, 2026, at 10:30 AM, and a bid opening date of March 9th, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents including Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, Enlistment Order of the Contractor, GST Registration Certificate of Jharkhand, receipt for deposition of original EMD to Division office of any Executive Engineer of CPWD, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness (Form F), the LMS certificate, CPWD Form 7, and partnership/company documents as applicable.
