The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of various buildings for the permanent campus of IIT Jodhpur (Phase 3A) at Karwar, NH-62, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This comprehensive project includes civil and electrical works within buildings, internal and external services, development works encompassing HT/LT cables, lifts, HVAC, fire fighting and alarm systems, street lights, data networking, roads, culverts, sewer lines, drainage, STP, CCTV cameras, and service trenches, specifically focusing on the construction of Type B(-) Housing (6 Blocks G+3) including allied services, and miscellaneous civil works to address day-to-day complaints/removing defects in the aforementioned housing units (1st Recall). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 29,17,743 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 58,355 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, IIT Jodhpur Project Division-I, CPWD Jodhpur. Bidding documents are available for download from March 2nd, 2026, until March 9th, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by March 9th, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and will be opened on the same day at 5:30 PM. Enlistment Order, GST registration, Insurance Surety Bond, EMD deposition receipt, ERP Training Certificate and other documents as per NIT are mandatory.
