The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, through the Executive Engineer REW Kupwara, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (ID: 2026_RDPR_316237_18, Reference: NIT NO 59 OF 2026-27 ADF WAVOORA) for the "CONST OF WELL NR H/O BASHIR AH LONE W 1" in Kupwara.
