Work Description - Augmentation Of Water Supply Scheme Chatterhama By Way Of Construction Of Additional Bore Well.

The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, through its Ex. Engineer JSD PHE GWD Srinagar, invites open tenders for the significant works project titled "Augmentation of Water Supply Scheme Chatterhama by way of construction of Additional Bore Well." This critical infrastructure initiative (Tender Reference No. Fresh e-NIT No 03 of 2026-27, Tender ID: 2026_PHE_307393_2) aims to enhance the water supply network in the Chatterhama area by constructing an additional bore well. The estimated contract value for this project is ₹24,81,000, and the successful bidder will be required to complete all work within a period of 45 days under a Percentage Form of Contract. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹74,500, which is payable to the Ex. Engineer JSD PHE GWD Srinagar at Jammu and Kashmir, with provisions for EMD exemption (e.g., through Bank Guarantee/ST) for eligible entities. Accepted payment instruments for both EMD and Tender Fee include Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, and CDR (Cash Deposit).
