The J and K State Sports Council, through its Executive Engineer Construction Division Kashmir, located at Bakhshi Stadium, invites open tenders (Reference Number: 09 of 2026-27) for the 'Construction of Sports Facility at main town Kupwara.' This works tender, operating under a percentage form of contract, has an estimated value of ₹66,02,000.
