The Ministry of External Affairs, through the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Tbilisi, invites open tenders for an Annual Maintenance Contract for Housekeeping/Cleaning services at the Embassy of India, Tbilisi. The estimated value of the tender is ₹12,00,000. The scope of work includes comprehensive cleaning of all rooms on all floors, dusting of all surfaces and furniture, daily sanitization of restrooms, and deep cleaning of both interior and exterior areas. The tender reference number is TBI/PERS/872/01/2025. Interested bidders must have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing cleaning services for official or commercial buildings.
