The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically its L Division, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (NIT 16/EE/LD/2026-27, Tender ID 159038) for the comprehensive "Furnishing of Interior and fit-out of bare shell office of CAG at 7th Floor, Tower-K, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi." This significant project encompasses Civil, Furniture, and E&M Works, with an estimated cost of ₹ 11,22,44,986 (Eleven Crore Twenty Two Lakh Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Six Rupees) and a stipulated completion period of four months. Essential mandatory documents for submission include a valid enlistment order of the contractor, PAN card, GST registration certificate, various affidavit declarations on stamp paper, a valid electrical contractor license or an undertaking for association with an approved license holder, an undertaking regarding performance guarantee submission, and a copy of the ERP Training certificate.
