The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for Consultancy Services for Comprehensive Architectural & Engineering Planning/Designing and Local Body/Statutory approval for the Construction of a 150 Bedded Critical Care Hospital Block (2B plus G plus 8) Building at AIIMS Trauma Centre for AIIMS, New Delhi, encompassing all Civil & MEP Services, Hospital Services, Horticulture, and Development works. This composite project, with NIT/RFP NO 04/CE-cum-ED/GPOA TMPZ/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹ 80,00,000 (Eighty Lakh Rupees) and a time allowance of 24 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,60,000 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer & Senior Manager (C), TRMPD-1, CPWD New Delhi, via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
