The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the balance work of construction of a Headquarters Building (03 Basement, Ground, Eleven Floors) for CRPF (Composite Structure) on EPC basis at CGO Complex, New Delhi. The scope of work encompasses Civil Works (including Internal Water Supply and Sanitary Installations, Sewerage System, Drainage and Development of Site), Electrical Works (including Internal Electrical Installations, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm System, Air Conditioning, Lifts, STP, Substation, DG Sets, CCTV, Access Control System and Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation System and Solar Heating System, Audio Video System, IBMS System, LAN etc), External Development Works, Horticulture Works and Other Misc. Works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,46,89,94,207 with a required EMD of ₹ 1,56,89,942. The tender documents can be downloaded from 01-Nov-2025 until 21-Nov-2025 at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by 21-Nov-2025 at 03:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 07/11/2025.
