Work Description - Construction Of Regional Centre For Ncdc (national Centre For Disease Control) Admin Cum Lab Building, Quarantine Centre And Office Facility For Apho, Pho And Lpho, Including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage, Development Works, Boundary Wall, Storm Water Drain, Supplying & Filling Of Earth, Substation, Ug & Fire Sump And Miscellaneous Works At Rani, Guwahati (assam)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Regional Centre for NCDC (National Centre for Disease Control) Admin Cum Lab Building, Quarantine Centre, and Office Facility for APHO, PHO, and LPHO, including comprehensive infrastructure work encompassing internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, development works, boundary wall, storm water drain, supplying & filling of earth, substation, UG & fire sump and miscellaneous works at Rani, Guwahati (Assam). The project, identified by Tender ID 133482 and NIT/RFP NO 27/NIT/CE/GHY/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 47,29,50,651. The deadline for bid submission is 02-Dec-2025 at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 02-Dec-2025 at 03:30 PM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 57,29,507 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, in favor of EE/AAWD/CPWD/GHY-15. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents including the EMD copy, receipt for EMD deposition, Enlistment order of the Contractor, GST Registration Certificate, Undertaking on structural stability (Form F of NIT), PAN card copy, Electrical Contractor License, ERP training Certificate, Undertaking for Association (Annexure A of NIT), and Undertaking from OEM or OEA (Annexure B of NIT).
