The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a Lecture Hall Complex (G+4), Boys Hostel (G+3) with 250 seats, Girls Hostel (G+3) with 250 seats, and associated site development, including all civil and electrical/mechanical services, at Guru Ghasidas University, Koni, Bilaspur (CG) on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction basis. This project also includes sub-works such as the construction of a cement concrete road from the Lecture Hall Complex to the Commerce building and old Girls Hostel to new Girls Hostel, the provision and fixing of Aluminum windows in the Girls Hostel, chain link fencing in the Lecture Hall Complex, and G.I. roofing at GGV, Bilaspur (CG). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 96,24,742. The tender reference number is 30/EE/Bilaspur/2025-26.
