The estimated cost of the balance work is INR 20,92,66,408 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 30,92,664, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer Srinagar Central Division CPWD Srinagar. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of February 13, 2026, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of February 13, 2026, at 03:30 PM.
