The comprehensive scope of work for this service engagement (Tender Reference Number: 2732 - PRD/24099(11)/1/2020 Sanitation) encompasses the audit of the State Head Office and ISGPP, the Panchayat and Rural Development Department (PRDD), all Districts (including their implementing units), Siliguri Mahakuma Parishad, and the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) in Darjeeling. The contract is structured on an Item Rate basis, with a specified work period of 180 days to complete the audit activities across these vital governmental structures.
