The Military Engineer Services, through the E-IN-C Branch, specifically GE (AF) Bagdogra, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 8717/E8) for "Works" category. This critical project encompasses comprehensive repairs to roof, floor, joinery, false ceiling, plumbing, sanitary fittings, tiling, and periodical services, alongside repairs to fencing/gate, path, drain, and camouflage painting and concealment for various buildings situated at 273 SU AFS under GE (AF) Bagdogra. The estimated Tender Value for this essential civil works project is ₹40,91,000. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹81,820, payable to GE (AF) Bagdogra at Siliguri, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Bagdogra at Siliguri. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing the work within a period of 270 days. The second cover ('Finance') requires the submission of the Notice of Tender, complete Tender documents, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Bid validity is set for 60 days from the bid opening date.
