The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Tender Inviting Authority GE (AF) Bagdogra, located at Bagdogra Airport PO, Dist Darjeeling, WB - 734421, invites open tenders from eligible contractors for a significant civil works project. The comprehensive scope of work includes the repair and/or replacement of sewage lines, manholes, septic tanks, and brick drains, along with various miscellaneous building and repair works in the Technical Area and Officer Enclave. Additionally, the project encompasses camouflage painting and certain miscellaneous building, repair, and E/M works within the WSA at 20 Wing AF Station, under GE (AF) Bagdogra. This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated Tender Value of ₹40,00,000 and a stipulated Period of Work of 270 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 (2.0% of the tender value), payable to GE (AF) Bagdogra at Siliguri, with options for EMD through BG/ST or exemption as per terms. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 is also payable to GE (AF) Bagdogra at Siliguri.
