The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its inviting authority EE-E-Dehradun, announces an Open/Advertised Tender (NIT/RFP NO: 30/EE(E)/DEHRADUN/2026-27) for comprehensive Electrical Works, classified under the category of ELECTRICAL, COMPOSITE, NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR. This tender encompasses critical maintenance, operation, and installation services for a period of 12 months. The extensive scope of work, officially titled "(1) RMO 3X750 KVA & 1X630 KVA, 33KV/400 volts, Electric Sub-station, 2X500 KVA, 1X125 KVA, 1X62.5 KVA DG Sets, 3X250 TR AC Plant with BMS, Lifts Automatic fire alarm & fire fighting system and 300 KLD STP, AMC of CCTV, Audio Visual, IT & Networking system, EPABX in UAG office & Residential complex at Kaulagarh Road & (2) MOEI and fans i/c street light and RMO pump set at CDA Residential colony at Indira Nagar Dehradun during 2026-27. It also includes Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for various IT and surveillance systems. Additionally, it covers the maintenance and operation of electrical installations, fans, street lighting, and pump sets in the CDA Residential Colony, specifically mandating the AMC for the existing Bosch CCTV system at the AG office building in Dehradun. The estimated cost for this procurement is ₹10,79,532 (Rupees Ten Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Two), with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹21,591, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of EE-E-Dehradun. Crucially, for the specialized AMC of the Bosch CCTV system, the lowest bidder is required to submit an Authorization certificate from the OEM (BOSCH) along with the Performance Guarantee, failing which the EMD will be forfeited. An undertaking from the OEM ensuring the provision of all required spares for healthy functioning of the equipment during the comprehensive maintenance period must also be deposited with the Performance Guarantee. Bidders without specialized work experience for specific components are permitted to associate with suitable agencies, and for the CCTV AMC, both specialized firms and CPWD contractors must associate with the OEM.
