The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Site development and the construction of Girls & Boys Hostels at the Extension Campus of NIT Uttarakhand at Srinagar, Garhwal (Phase-I) including maintenance for three years. (SH:- Balance Electrical work)." This electrical works project, NIT/RFP NO 126/EE(E)/DEHRADUN/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 24,42,001, with a time allowance of 3 months. An EMD of ₹ 48,840 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of EE-E-Dehradun. The deadline for document download and bid submission is January 29, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for January 29, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents, including EMD in acceptable form, EMD receipt as per NIT, a valid enlistment order in Building and Roads category of CPWD, GST registration certificate or undertaking, a valid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking, firm contact details, PAN, EPFO and ESIC registration certificates, an undertaking for associating a Specialized Firm for SITC of Fire Alarm and Firefighting System if the lowest bidder, and an ERP Training certificate as per NIT.
