The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of augmentation of an existing substation at CGO Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum. This composite project, under NIT/RFP NO 108/EE/E-TVM/2025-26, includes dismantling the existing operator room and toilet, extending the substation building, and installing internal electrical infrastructure, an outdoor transformer with an indoor MV panel, an APFC panel, and a DG synchronization panel. It also encompasses the SITC of control cables for the transformer and minor civil works between the substation room and transformer yard. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 5,59,748 with a time allowance of 2 months. Interested bidders must submit an EMD of ₹ 11,195 via DD, FDR, or BG, made in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (E), TRIVANDRUM, CPWD. Mandatory documents for submission include the CPWD Enlistment Order, a valid electrical contractor license issued by the electrical licensing authority under the Kerala state (if already obtained by the bidder), GST Registration Certificate, Affidavit of Not Having Blacklisted/Debarred, copy of certificate of ERP training , insurance surety bonds, Demand Draft / Account Payee Bankers Cheque, Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR), Bank Guarantee and copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD.
