Work Description - Operation, Maintenance And Management Of Services For Community Center On Lease/ Rental Basis Situated At Sector-3, In Scheme No 06, Jagriti Vihar Meerut.

The U.P. Housing and Development Board, a State Government entity, through its Chief Engineer, situated at UP Housing and Development Board, Lucknow, formally invites open tenders (Reference No. NIT No2300/dt 24-06-2026 Comm Sec 3) from eligible service providers for the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and management of services for a Community Center on a lease/rental basis. This significant engagement, valued at an estimated ₹2,00,000, is specifically for the Community Center located at Sector-3, in Scheme No 06, Jagriti Vihar, Meerut, with a contract period extending for 3650 days (approximately 10 years). Prospective bidders are required to submit their proposals in a two-cover system, comprising a Technical Bid and a Financial Bid (BOQ).
