The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through its Chief Engineer - Regional Officer, MoRTH Lucknow, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Basis Contract. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the critical project involving the Rehabilitation and Up-gradation of National Highway NH-321G, specifically the 51.600 Km stretch from Km. 0.000 (Agra, Junction on NH-509 at Tedhi Baghia) to Nuhkhas, upgrading it to a two-lane configuration with paved shoulders in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
