Work Description - Repair/ Replacement Of Old Rusted Gi/ Ci External Water Supply Pipe Lines At General Area Of Rvc, Sub Area Officers Mess, Bc Joshi, Carriappa Enclave Area Under Age E/m (ws) Of Ge (u) Meerut Cantt.

General Engineer (U) Meerut Cantt, a branch of the Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the critical works project involving the repair and replacement of old, rusted GI/CI external water supply pipelines at the General Area of RVC, Sub Area Officers Mess, BC Joshi, and Cariappa Enclave Area, under AGE E/M (WS) of GE (U) Meerut Cantt. The estimated value of this project is ₹45,00,000, with a period of work set for 180 days and a bid validity of 90 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting January 21, 2026, and submit their bids no later than February 11, 2026, by 6:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (U) Meeerut Cantt, along with a tender fee of ₹500. Both EMD and tender fee payments are to be made offline via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. The bid opening is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM at GE (U) Meerut Cantt. Prospective contractors are advised to carefully review the tender documents, including the NIT Document, Schedule of Credit, BOQ, PS and all makes, and ensure all required documents, such as enlistment letter, GST registration, and EPF registration are submitted as per the tender requirements.
