E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Chandigarh, invites open tenders for the "SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF RUSTED/CORRODED EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE OF VARIOUS SIZES ALONGWITH CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT CERTAIN LOACTION IN K AREA UNDER GE CHANDIGARH," under Tender Reference Number GE/CHD/T-82/2025-26. This is a Works contract, and participation is open to eligible contractors of Class 'D' category a(ii) enlisted in MES. The estimated Tender Value is ₹41,75,000. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹83,500 is required, payable to GE Chandigarh and the Tender Fee is ₹500, also payable to GE Chandigarh. Both EMD and Tender fee payments are accepted offline through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft or FDR. The tender document can be downloaded from 13-Jan-2026 12:00 PM to 31-Jan-2026 06:00 PM, with bids to be submitted between 26-Jan-2026 12:00 PM and 31-Jan-2026 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 02-Feb-2026 at 12:00 PM at the GE Chandigarh Office. Prospective bidders should submit scanned copies of the application on the firm's letterhead requesting tender issuance, MES enlistment letter, required documents as per NIT for un-enlisted firms including police verification, DD/Banker's Cheque for ₹500, GST/EPF details, works-in-hand statement confirming no outstanding recoveries, and tender documents in Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical), and the Bill of Quantities in Cover 2 (Finance).
