(during Year 2026-27).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders (NIT/RFP No: 60/EE(E)/LKO/2026-27) for the comprehensive Annual day-to-day operation and routine maintenance of various systems at the CAT Office Building, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, for the year 2026-27. This extensive work encompasses the maintenance of sub-station equipment, DG Sets, Solar Systems, internal electrical installations, CCTV, LAN, IPABX, Lifts, VRF/VRV Systems, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems, and Online UPS. The estimated cost for this electrical works tender is ₹ 38,70,015, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 77,400 required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), LCED, CPWD, Lucknow.
