The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of the Centre for NCDC (National Centre for Disease Control) Lucknow Main Block, encompassing comprehensive civil and composite works. This includes internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, development works, electrical internal installations, fire alarm and fire fighting systems, lifts, substation, DG set, HVAC, CCTV, street lights, solar generation system, LAN, STP, ETP, UG, fire sump, and miscellaneous works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 30,15,46,702 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 40,15,467 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer, Lucknow-II CPWD. Tender documents can be downloaded from 12-Feb-2026 until 27-Feb-2026 (3:00 PM), and bids must be submitted by 27-Feb-2026 (3:00 PM). Bids will be opened on 27-Feb-2026 (3:30 PM). Key mandatory documents include the Enlistment Order of the Contractor, GST Registration Certificate or Undertaking, Insurance Surety Bonds Account Payee Demand Draft Fixed Deposit Receipt Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, and a copy of the receipt for deposition of original EMD.
