The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of additional quarters for staff and officers of the Reserve Bank of India at Char Imli, Bhopal, MP in EPC Mode-III (Package-1). This comprehensive project encompasses the construction of 72 Grade A quarters (S+9), 10 Grade D&E and 1 Grade F quarters (S+7), 1 RD bungalow (G+1), 28 Class-III quarters (S+7), a facility block (G+4), swimming pool, 33KV electrical sub-station building, and 2 gate & security blocks. It also includes internal and external water supply, sanitation, electrical installation, development works, roads, footpaths, drains, retaining walls, underground sump & pump room, sewage treatment plant, upgrades to the main campus boundary wall, CCTV system, networking, DG set, fire fighting system, fire alarm system, street lighting, lifts, EV charging, OWC, domestic & flushing water pumping system, solar PV system, boom barrier, gas suppression system, signages, UPS, mechanical ventilation and pressurization system, BMS, horticulture work, site office, and barricading of the construction site, including demolishing the existing residential D Block and temporary structures. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,27,58,31,017 with a time allowance of 24 months.
