The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the comprehensive maintenance of 4 Nos Lifts (Omega make) at Kendriya Bhawan, Aliganj, Lucknow (SH:- CMO Lift No.1,2,3 & 4). The NIT/RFP NO is 184/EE(E)/LKO/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 36,73,041, and the project duration is 36 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 73,461 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), LCED, CPWD, Lucknow. Tender documents can be downloaded and submitted from December 23, 2025, 06:57 PM until December 31, 2025, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on December 31, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents, including Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or Bankers Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled bank against EMD; Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD, Copy of PAN Card, Certificate of Registration for GST and acknowledgement. Completion certificate of OEM in support of Similar work criteria; Turnover; Profit/loss ;Net worth certificate ;Bidding Capacity as per Form-C3 and Financial -Information (Form-A).
