The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Construction of Office Building of Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) Lucknow Zonal Unit i/c IEI, Firefighting, Fire Alarm & PA System, VRF/VRV Air conditioning & Cantillation system, CCTV, DG Set, Sub station equipment, lift, Solar photovoltaic power plant, Online UPS System etc and Horticulture work at Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow (SH:- SITC of Video wall & conferencing system). The estimated cost of the project is ₹76,72,006 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,53,440. EMD shall be paid via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG drawn in favor of Executive Engineer (E), LCED, CPWD, Lucknow. Tender documents can be downloaded from 19-Dec-2025, and the last date for bid submission is 27-Dec-2025 at 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held with queries accepted via email until 24/12/2025 15:00. Bidders must submit mandatory documents, including Treasury Challan/Demand Draft for EMD, PAN Card copy, GST registration certificate, completion certificates for similar works, demonstrating experience of having completed (a) Three similar completed work of value not less than 40percent of estimated cost put to tender. OR (b) Two similar completed work of value not less than 60percent of estimated cost put to tender. OR (c) One similar completed work of value not less than 80percent of estimated cost put to tender, audited financial statements showing an average annual turnover of at least 50% of the estimated cost, and net worth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost as well as documents related to bidding capacity and financial information as per the NIT.
