Work Description - Construction Of Eklavya Model Residential School (emrs) Building With 0.25 Unit Boys Hostel, 0.25 Unit Girls Hostel, 1 No. Principal Residence, 4 Nos. Type-ii Qtrs, 16 Nos. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of an Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) Building at KARBUK, Dist - Gomati, State - Tripura (Phase-II), under Tender ID 148410 and Tender Reference Number 30/NIT/CE/AGT/2025-26. This composite project includes the construction of a 0.25 Unit Boys Hostel, a 0.25 Unit Girls Hostel, 1 No. Principal residence, 4 Nos. Type-II Quarters, and 16 Nos. transit Quarters, encompassing internal water supply & sanitary installations, electrical installations, drainage, and site development. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 15,26,36,030 (Fifteen Crore Twenty Six Lakh Thirty Six Thousand and Thirty Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 25,26,360 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Tripura Central Division-I CPWD Agartala. The bid submission period commences on March 30, 2026, at 06:35 PM and concludes on April 15, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Key mandatory documents for submission include a scanned copy of the EMD, receipt for EMD deposition, valid enlistment order, GST registration certificate, PAN Card, bidder contact details, ERP training certificate, and an undertaking on structural stability and soundness, all as per the NIT.
