The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of an Eklavya Residential School (EMRS) Building at KILLA, Dist.:- Gomoti, State:- Tripura (Phase-II), under the NIT/RFP NO 31/NIT/CE/AGT/2025-2026. This 2nd Call project encompasses the construction of 1 Unit Boys Hostel, 1 Unit Girls hostel, 2 Unit Warden residences, 1 Principal residence, and Transit Quarters, including internal water supply and sanitary installations, electrical installations, drainage, and site development. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 27,02,61,529 with a time allowance of 24 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 37,02,615 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of The Executive Engineer, Tripura Central Division-I, CPWD, Agartala. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of March 31, 2026, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of March 31, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents include the enlistment order of the contractor, copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD, GST registration certificate/undertaking, bidder PAN card, contact details, Enterprise Resource Planning training certificate, and an undertaking on the structural stability of existing buildings.
