Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Comprehensive Pneumatic System

This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7757989, issued by the Office of DG (MSS) under the Department of Defence Research & Development, Ministry of Defence, concerns the comprehensive supply, erection, and commissioning of a Penumatic System. The scope of work, as detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Title, encompasses a wide array of critical components including air compressors, air tank receivers of various sizes (SS 3 point 4 Pipe 3/4 inch to 2 inch), filter regulators with gauges and adaptors, SS304 ball or gate valves, non-return valves, unions, bends, and T unions, pressure gauges, electric starters, 5-core 60 Amp cable, CP pneumatic guns, anti-vibration mounts, coiled hose pipes (10 mtr length with adaptor fittings), 8mm diameter 3-core layered 20 bar capacity pneumatic hose pipes, air compressor repair kits, a 150 CFM air drier system, and an automatic cutoff valve for air tank receivers. The total quantity required for this multifaceted project is 1195 units. Bids will be accepted from July 23, 2026, 1:04 PM, until August 13, 2026, 1:00 PM. A significant Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹196,000.00 is stipulated. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete installation and operational validation of the entire pneumatic system at the specified location in Medchal Malkajgiri.
