The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) invites open tenders for consultancy services related to the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the 4-laning of the Outer Ring Road to Medak section of NH 765D, spanning from Km 0.000 to 62.920 and including the Medak Bypass (approximately 7.00 Km) in Telangana. The tender reference number is RW/HYD/Misc-28/NIT/DPR 2025-26/18 Dt 09.12.2025. Prospective bidders must submit their bids online from December 9, 2025, until January 19, 2026, 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 5, 2026, at 03:00 PM at the office of the Chief Engineer, RO, MoRTH, Hyderabad, the same location for the bid opening on January 20, 2026, 03:00 PM. The tender fee is ₹5,900 payable to RPAO, MoRTH, Hyderabad, while EMD is not applicable for this tender. The project is expected to be completed within 450 days, and the bid validity period is 120 days. Two covers are required: the first containing POA, GST Registration Certificate, and Bid Security Declaration, and the second containing the Price Bid/BOQ.
