E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites open tenders for the "SPECIAL REPAIR /REPLACEMENT TO 11 KV HT FEEDER FOR CDM AREA AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS UNDER GE(U) SECUNDERABAD" as detailed in tender reference number GE (U)/SEC/TOKEN/67 OF 2025-26. This is a Works tender with an estimated value of ₹1,17,65,000. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 180 days. An EMD of ₹1,92,650 is required, payable to GE(UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD at SECUNDERABAD, with exemptions allowed as per tender document. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE(UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD at SECUNDERABAD. The tender documents can be downloaded from 05-Feb-2026 12:00 PM to 19-Feb-2026 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 12-Feb-2026 03:00 PM and 19-Feb-2026 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 21-Feb-2026 12:00 PM at GE(U) SECUNDERABAD. Prospective bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents including DD/BC for tender fee, MES enlistment letter/eligibility documents, DD for EMD (if applicable), GST registration/allotment letter, application on letter head, EPF registration letter, undertaking for no outstanding recovery, electrical license, and any other documents listed in the NIT. The BOQ must be submitted in .xls format. Payment can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days.
