The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO FLOORING, WALL TILES, JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTINGS AND WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OF SUNKEN FLOOR, ROOF AND GALVALUME ROOF SHEETING AT GP ENCLAVE,ACHARYA ENCLAVE AND ROBERT LINE UNDER AGE B/R (S) NO I OF GE (S) SECBAD" with Tender Reference Number GE(S)/SEC/TOKEN-98 OF 2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹49,00,000. This is a works contract with a completion period of 180 days. Enlisted contractors of Class 'D' and above, category a (i), and unenlisted contractors meeting equivalent eligibility criteria are invited to participate, subject to payment of a tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000. Tender documents can be downloaded from 26-Nov-2025 06:00 PM to 15-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 10-Dec-2025 09:00 AM and 15-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 18-Dec-2025 09:00 AM at the office of Garrison Engineer (South), Mudfort, Secunderabad. The tender fee and EMD are payable offline to GE SOUTH, MUDFORT, SECUNDERABAD. Bidders must submit scanned copies of DD, enlistment letter/eligibility documents, EPF allotment letter/acknowledgement, GST registration letter/acknowledgement, present workload (for E-class contractors), and the BOQ. Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
