E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (Utility) Secunderabad, invites open tenders for the "REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE AND VERHAULING OF DG SETS, AMF PANELS AND 2ND LANCER, 54 ARTY BDE, 22 MED REGT, KOMPALLY, TLH, HLPH, SIGNAL CENTRE AND MDC, STPS AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE EM I OF GE (U) SECUNDERABAD." This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹45,00,000 and a work completion period of 270 days. The tender documents, including the BOQ, can be downloaded from 03-Dec-2025 05:00 PM to 24-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between 17-Dec-2025 09:00 AM and 24-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (Utility) Secunderabad, and a tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The bid opening date is scheduled for 31-Dec-2025 12:00 PM at GE (U) Secunderabad. Tenderers must provide necessary documentation, including DD/BC for the tender fee, MES enlistment letter or eligibility documents, DD for EMD (if applicable), GST registration, firm application on letterhead, EPF registration, undertaking for no outstanding recovery and Electrical license, and documents listed on pages 9, 10, and 11 of the NIT for unenlisted bidders.
