The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (Utility) Secunderabad, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR / REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF LT SWITCH GEARS, PANEL, APFC PANELS, CAPACITOR BANK AND CONNECTED ITEM AT CERTAIN LOCATION OF 54 ARTY BDE, ARTY REGT, ARMD REGT AREA AND CERTAIN OTM ACCOMODATION AT ZONE 1C UNDER AGE EM I OF GE (U) SECUNDERABAD." This Item Rate contract, with Tender Reference Number GE (U)/SEC/TOKEN/32 OF 2025-26, is valued at ₹48,00,000. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,000 is required, payable to GE (UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD, and is permissible through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from August 1, 2025, 04:20 PM until August 23, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bid submissions are accepted from August 16, 2025, 03:00 PM until August 23, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for August 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM at GE (U) SECUNDERABAD. The period of work is 270 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. Required documents, including DD/BC for tender fee, MES enlistment letter/eligibility documents, DD for EMD (if applicable), GST Registration/Allotment Letter, application on letterhead, EPF Registration letter, undertaking for no outstanding recovery, electrical license, and documents as listed in the NIT, should be submitted electronically in two covers, along with the BOQ.
