The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (Utility) Secunderabad, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF LT DISTRIBUTION OVERHEAD LINES, LT CABLES, POLES, INSULATORS AND CONNECTED ITEM AT CERTAIN LOCATIONOF 54 ARTY BDE, ARTY REGT AREA AND CERTAIN OTM ACCOMODATION AT ZONE 1C UNDER AGE EM I OF GE (U) SECUNDERABAD" with Tender Reference Number GE (U)/SEC/TOKEN/31 OF 2025-26. This Item Rate contract, categorized as Works, is valued at ₹47,00,000 with a work completion period of 270 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹94,000 is required, payable to GE (UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD, along with a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE (UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD. Both EMD and Tender fees are payable offline. The tender documents can be downloaded from 01-Aug-2025 04:00 PM to 23-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 16-Aug-2025 03:00 PM and 23-Aug-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 30-Aug-2025 09:00 AM at GE (U) SECUNDERABAD. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the DD/BC for tender fee, MES enlistment letter/eligibility documents, DD for EMD (if applicable), GST Registration/Allotment Letter, firm's application on letterhead, EPF Registration letter, undertaking for no outstanding recovery along with Electrical license, and documents listed at Page No 9 and 10 and 11 of NIT for unenlisted bidders in Cover 1 and the BOQ in Cover 2, all in .pdf format, except for the BOQ, which should be in .xls format. Withdrawal is allowed and the bid validity is 60 days. Tenderers are requested to carefully study the tender documents including the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) and BOQ before submitting their bids.
