MES enlisted firms and GST registered one class below firms need to submit documents as per NIT. Unenlisted firms must provide notarized lists of completed works in the last 5 years, meeting the enlistment criteria of B class category b(iii) of MES. The bid validity period is 90 days, and the work completion period is 180 days.
