Work Description - Design, Construction And Handing Over Of Readily Habitable, Livable, Ready To Hand Over 480 Ews Flats (each Of Carpet Area 400 Sft), With (stilt 10) Floors Pattern Consisting Of 4 Blocks With Conventional Or Monolithic Concrete Construction With Any Innovative Technology (shear Wall Or Precast Technology Or Any As Approved By Tghb) With Suitable Foundations As Per Soil Conditions Including Civil Works, Internal Infrastructure Facilities Such As Internal Water Supply And Sanitary Fittings, Internal Electrification, Lifts And Fire Fighting Services With 2 Years Defect Liability Period Under Epc Contract System At Pocharam, Lig Colony, Medchal (m), Medchal-malkajgiri District Under Package No.ix.
