The Information Technology Electronics and Communication Department, Telangana, a State Government and UT entity, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance and repair works at the Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS). The scope of work includes assembling, disassembling, cleaning, purging, testing, servicing, calibration, and refixing of C and I equipment and instruments associated with the Main Boiler, Boiler Auxiliaries (ID, FD, PA fans and Lube Oil systems), Blade Pitch Control dampers, Guns and Igniters, Flame scanners, Fuel Oil valves and solenoids, and instrumentation related to Bowl Mills, Hot and Cold air Gates of all mills, Mill rejection system and Gravimetric feeders, Seal air and Scanner air fans, SADCs power cylinders, smart positioners, transmitters, solenoid valves, limit Switches, O2 analysers, ASLDs, seals replacement of Pneumatic cylinders of HAD, CAD, IDF, PAF, FDF Dampers, Burner Tilt, MOVs pertaining to Flue gas path gates and Boiler valves, Seperators and HWL valves, Eco flow valves , BCW pumps, APH SCAPH system, Soot Blowing system, ERVs, Metal temperatures, Flue gas temperatures, pressures and analysers, as well as the replacement of spare parts in Unit 4.
