Work Description - Design, Construction And Handing Over Of Readily Habitable, Livable, Ready To Hand Over 480 Ews Flats (each Of Carpet Area 400 Sft), With (stilt 10) Floors Pattern Consisting Of 4 Blocks With Conventional Or Monolithic Concrete Construction With Any Innovative Technology (shear Wall /precast Technology Or Any As Approved By Tghb) With Suitable Foundations As Per Soil Conditions Including Civil Works, Internal Infrastructure Facilities Such As Internal Water Supply And Sanitary Fittings, Internal Electrification, Lifts And Fire Fighting Services With 2 Years Defect Liability Period Under Epc Contract System At Kowkur, Malkajgiri (m), Medchal-malkajgiri District Under Package No.viii.

The Information Technology Electronics and Communication Department Telangana, through the Chief Engineer of the Telangana Housing Board, is inviting bids for the "INDIRAMA INDLU in CURE area" project.
